BASKARAD in Switzerland is the key point of the entire group and is focused on demolition of buildings on one hand, and the selection and separation of waste generated by demolition projects or sourced from other origins on the other hand. The company has been a long-term partner of global renowned multinational companies, helping them in the realization of their development projects.
BASKARAD manages waste in a special, innovative manner, focusing on the reuse and conscientious disposal of materials from demolitions. Thanks to the modern machinery, years of experience, and the use of innovative solutions, the company performs its activities while adhering to high standards of ecological and careful demolition, dismantling of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings and production facilities, as well as high standards of waste disposal from demolitions. BASKARAD’s registered office is in Würenlingen, with branch offices in Basel, Kaiseraugst, and Emmenbrücke. It has more than 130 employees and operates in accordance with the globally recognized certifications in its industry, including: ISO 9001 Quality Management System, SUVA (defined standards for asbestos removal in line with EKAS guideline 6503 “Asbestos”). In addition to these certifications, BASKARAD has BAG approval for handling ionizing radiation and two approved hazardous waste disposal facilities in Würenlingen and Kaiseraugst.
LUCIUS d.o.o., Vitez, Bosna i Hercegovina
LUCIUS Ltd. is a company founded in 2013, and it currently ranks among the leaders in secondary raw material recycling in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a special focus on electronic waste disposal. Depending on the value, the company disposes of waste with or without compensation, and collects and processes iron, copper, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, bronze, zinc, and lead from both individuals and legal entities. In addition to these metals, the company purchases and processes electrical and electronic waste, including batteries, refrigerators, household appliances, computer equipment, etc. The company is located in Vitez, within an industrial complex, and operates in facilities covering 10,000 m² of purpose-built buildings situated on 97,000 m² of open storage space. The company employs 50 people. It has all the necessary resources for proper waste disposal and recycling in compliance with European and global standards. In collaboration with numerous domestic and international partners, as well as individuals, the company collects secondary raw materials and returns them to reuse. It is responsible for the disposal of over 5,000 tons of collected waste annually. Through this, Lucius Ltd. significantly contributes to reducing the negative impact on the environment and enables waste to become raw materials again, which are marketed domestically and continuously exported to Switzerland and EU countries.

LUCIUS ULAGANJA d.o.o. Zagreb, Hrvatska
The youngest of the three companies in the group, LUCIUS ULAGANJA, is based in Zagreb. It was created as the owner’s expression of a desire to transfer and integrate the long-standing experience gained in the most demanding global markets, working for the most demanding global multinational companies and adhering to strict standards, into development projects for the construction of residential communities. The first project the company is realizing in Croatia, in Dalmatia, in the historic city of Kaštela, is the construction of the unique Kaštela Garden Residence residential complex.
